ABOUT ME

Initially I studied for a BA Hons in English and Drama.
Subsequently I became an Associate of the Drama Board and then gained a teaching Licentiate from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.

I also have a PGCE from Greenwich University.

Previously I have been a member of the Guild of Drama Adjudicators and I am currently a member of the British Voice Association and also studying to become a Fellow of Trinity Guildhall.

I have over 30 years experience as a Theatre Director, Tutor and Examiner.
I have also worked back stage on shows such as ‘Phantom of the Opera’ and
‘Miss Saigon’.

Directing work includes Fringe productions, running community theatre projects and large scale youth productions at venues such as The Palladium, Drury Lane and the Royal Albert Hall.

In the past I have run my own part time and full time Drama Schools and have been Head of Performing Arts in a large college of Further Education.

I am an examiner for Trinity Guildhall and also a moderator for various other examination boards.
